CHESTER TOWNSHIP – The Clearfield-based State Police reported that they have taken a man into custody who is accused of sexually molesting a child.
According to the report, Richard Allen Kenney, 30 of Flinton, was wanted in relation to an incident with a girl that occurred from September – October 2009 at a St. Lawrence Road address in Chester Township, Cambria County. Kenney is charged with the sexual abuse of children, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors.
He is currently being held in Clearfield County Jail.
