HYDE – Clearfield Area High School\’s baseball and softball games against St. Marys were rained out, athletic director Jon Mikesell announced Wednesday morning.
Both of the District 9 Northern Allegany League and Central Penn League games were rescheduled for Thursday, April 30.
The postponements, including the baseball home opener, were the fifth for both teams.
Coach Sid Lansberry\’s Bisons (1-3) are booked to make up the third of their postponements at Punxsutawney in D9NAL and CPL action Thursday and will hit the road again Saturday for a non-league scrap with Westmont-Hilltop.
Coach Bob Dixon\’s Lady Bisons (0-3) will host Altoona Thursday and Hollidaysburg Friday in CPL make-up games.
