Clearfield Bisons (4-1) at Bald Eagle Area Eagles (2-3)

The Bisons will look to make it 5 straight victories as they travel to Bald Eagle to take on the Bald Eagles in a MAC Mount Nittany Division game.  The Bald Eagles are coming off of a devastating loss in which the Tyrone Golden Eagles blanked them 41-0.  Bald Eagle is not without weapons though.  Senior AJ Robinson leads the Bald Eagle attack rushing for 446 yards on 69 carries and 3 touchdowns this season.  John Decker and Jon Gingrich have also combined for 342 yards and 2 touchdowns on the season.

The Bisons will once again look for a monster game from senior running back Isaiah Morgan.  Isaiah is coming off of a career game which saw him rush the ball for over 300 yards and 5 touchdowns, and should be primed for a repeat performance this week.  Morgan leads the team with 78 carries for 695 yards while also tallying 8 scores.

The Bison offensive statistics have been superb yet again this season.  Quarterback Jarrin Campman’s numbers aren’t as high as they were at this point in the season last year, but he has come of age in terms of managing the game as a quarterback.  Campman has completed 59% of his passes for 756 yards along with 6 touchdowns.  Campman is also the team’s second leading rusher with 94 carries for 498 yards and 9 touchdowns.  Jarrin’s younger brother Trey has been his favorite target leading the Bisons in every receiving category hauling in 26 balls for 297 yards and 2 touchdowns.  Senior Brandon Sass has also hauled in 8 catches for 196 yards and 2 touchdowns.

The Clearfield Defense is lead by Seniors Cruise Kerr, Nick Redden, Scott Nishida, and Josh Rippey.  Nishida has perhaps been the biggest surprise for the Bisons this year as he leads the team with 39 tackles, 1 interception and 2 fumble recoveries. Rippey, Kerr, and Redden have chipped in with 30, 25, and 21 tackles respectively.  Kerr also leads the team with 5.5 sacks.

Kickoff for the game is scheduled for 7:00 at Bald Eagle Area High School.
