CURWENSVILLE – Morning and late afternoon rains forced postponement of Wednesday evening\’s VFW Teener Area VI 13-14 Tournament game between Curwensville and Philipsburg.
The game has been rescheduled for Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Curwensville Area High School Field.
Curwensville goes into its tourney finale at 1-2.
Philipsburg is 2-0 and will finish with a home game against Punxsutawney (1-2) Friday.
The Area VI champion and runner-up qualify for the state tournament at Pottstown July 31-Aug. 3.
