Pie Sale Profits to be Used for Animal Oxygen Masks

CURWENSVILLE – Astro Trythall, front, and Hyde Fire Co. firefighters Ben Dysard, left, and Michael Larson volunteered to demonstrate one of the animal oxygen masks the Mountain Laurel Kennel Club is purchasing for Clearfield County’s emergency medical and quick response services, including Hyde QRS, with the proceeds from its pie sale Saturday.

A variety of pies will go on sale for $7 each at 9 a.m. at Goodman’s Foodliner in Curwensville with a goal of raising $1,000 to buy the 15 sets of three reusable masks. Donations may also be sent to Sandy Malinich, MLKC treasurer, PO Box 155, Hyde, 16843.
