DUBOIS – Marcus Genevro (St. Marys) scored 22 points and had four assists as No. 3 Penn State DuBois beat Taylor University Fort Wayne 66-50 in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association tournament.
The Lions bounced back from a one-point halftime deficit to out the Falcons 40-23 in the second half.
Kevin Genevro (St. Marys) added 11 points for the winners who will face Hesser College in the Semi Finals Friday at 8 pm.
For Taylor, Rich Thomas (Houston) had 12 points and 4 assists. Taylor will face St. Joe\’s College of New York in the consolation brackets Friday at 2 p.m.
Penn State DuBois will play Hesser College from Manchester, N.H., Friday at 8 pm.
