DUBOIS — DuBois defeated Clearfield 178-193 in an Allegheny Mountain League South Division schoolboy golf match at the DuBois Country Club Tuesday afternoon.
Jake Smithtro led the Beavers with a 41, while Matt Duncan was low for the Bisons with a 44.
Clearfield, 2-7 in the league and 3-8 overall, will host Punxsutawney Thursday at the Clearfield-Curwensville Country Club.
Because of illness, Clearfield did not have a junior varsity team and forfeited the match.
