Clearfield STARZ cheerleading teams sponsored a golf tournament at Grandview Golf Club on Sunday July 16th.
There were 14 teams who participated in a 4 person scramble format. Winning on a scorecard playoff was the team of Kevin Beardsley, Perry Rowles, Sr., Josh Norris, and Stu Michaels with a 52.
Second place was the team of Peggy Amon, George Anderson, Denny Campalong, and Sandy Douglas.
In third place was Craig Livergood, Joe Ianaro, Clayton Shadeck, and John Lytle with a 53.
Winning proximities were Steve Keller, Jr. closest to the pin on number 8, long drive on number 15 – Joanne Dale, and long putt on number 18 – Gary Springer. Rich Larson won the putting contest by sinking a 60 foot putt.
