Bev Lawhead, Past Exhalted Ruler left, presents a donation to Jim Mc Corkle, Parker dam and S.B. Elliot state park manager at Tuesday's annual donation dinner at the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Clearfield Lodge #540. Since 1989, the Elks Past Exalted Rulers Association has hosted the High Country Arts and Crafts Fair. Money generated from the fair is then donated to local charities and civic organizations.
