Langerholc to Host Two “Alternatives to College” Expos This Week

HARRISBURG – Sen. Wayne Langerholc Jr. (R-35) is set to host two expos this week on alternatives to obtaining a college degree.

The expos will provide high school students with opportunities to explore career paths that do not require a four-year college degree.

Admission is free for both expos and representatives from various schools and organizations will be present to provide information and answer questions.

The Philipsburg expo will be held Nov. 19 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Moshannon Valley YMCA, 113 N. 14th St., in Philipsburg.

The Northern Cambria expo will be held Nov. 20, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Hope Fire Co. Social Hall, 1023 Philadelphia Ave., in Northern Cambria.
