Lucas Dane Webb, 40, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born on November 3, 1983, in Franklin, Pa., he was the son of Richard L. Webb and Kara Nurss Gervasoni Lucas had worked at Altium Packaging in Oil City. He liked playing drums in earlier years, taking walks and exploring and enjoyed riding motorcycles. …
