CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Commissioners addressed various items of business on Tuesday.
In other business, the commissioners:
- approved the proposed amended trust order/Wave 2 opioid settlement that totals $33,048.46 upon the advice of the county’s legal counsel pending final review and authorizing Commissioner John Sobel as signatory.
- approved an agreement with Oasis Management Systems Inc. for commissary services at the county jail.
- announced two vacancies on the Clearfield County Solid Waste Authority Board. Letters of interest are due to the board by Aug. 2.
- announced a vacancy on the Board of Directors of Central PA Community Action. Letters of interest are due to the board by Aug. 2.
- approved purchase of service agreements with: CAI Health and Human Services; Families United Network; Merakey Pennsylvania; Hope’s Haven; Pathway Adolescent; Dr. Ryen; Justice Works; and Crossroads Group Home and Services Inc.
- approved the personnel report consisting of two employee separations/retirements and one employee transfer.
- approved the minutes of the July 9 board meeting as presented by the chief clerk.
- approved the bills as presented by the Controller’s office.
