RIDGWAY – The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission announces a new business webinar sponsored by the National APEX Accelerator Alliance and Northwest Texas APEX Accelerator Centers will be taking place in June.
Reshoring and Sustaining the Industrial Base of the United States will be presented virtually from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, June 11. There is no charge to attend.
The event will illustrate how it is now clear that shorter supply chains are lower risk and more profitable for Original Equipment Manufacturers for 20 to 30 percent of products that are now being imported. The webinar will help manufacturers accelerate and benefit from this new business trend.
Harry Mosher, who serves as president of Reshoring Initiative, will be the presenter for the virtual meeting.
Training topics will include industrial base analysis and sustainment; defense industrial base readiness; government contracting, government industrial base readiness, industrial base analysis and sustainment.
