FARMINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A manhunt is underway in Clarion County for an armed robbery suspect who police believe is armed and dangerous.
The Pennsylvania State Police are currently searching for 29-year-old Damean Michael Felmlee who eluded troopers during a police chase throughout Clarion County on Friday.
Police say Felmlee crashed his vehicle in the area of Arnold Avenue and State Route 66 in Farmington Township, Clarion County, and then fled on foot.
Butler-based State Police filed the following charges against Felmlee on Friday in connection with a May 6 robbery in Brady Township, Butler County:
- Robbery-Threaten Immediate Serious Injury, Felony 1
- Burglary — Overnight Accommodations: Person Present, Felony 1
- Theft by Unlawful Taking-Movable Property, Felony 2 (6 counts)
- Unlawful Restraint / Serious Bodily Injury, Misdemeanor 1
- False Imprisonment, Misdemeanor 2
- Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2
- Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize, Misdemeanor 1
- Conspiracy — Robbery-Threat Immediate Serious Injury, Felony 1
- Conspiracy — Burglary — Overnight Accommodations: Person Present, Felony 1
- Conspiracy — Theft by Unlawful Taking-Movable Property, Felony 2 (6 counts)
- Conspiracy — Unlawful Restraint / Serious Bodily Injury, Misdemeanor 1
- Conspiracy — False Imprisonment, Misdemeanor 2
- Conspiracy — Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2
- Conspiracy — Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize, Misdemeanor 1
The charges were filed by Trooper Codi Walker.
An additional suspect, whose name isn’t being released at this time, was also charged in the case.
Authorities have issued a warning for residents to remain indoors and exercise caution as Felmlee is believed to be armed and dangerous.
