CURWENSVILLE — Aided by five falls, the Curwensville Golden Tide wrestling team upped their record to 6-7 on the season on Wednesday night after a 46-18 win over visiting Juniata Valley (4-8).
Senior Logan Aughenbaugh (22-2) at 172 had the quickest fall of the night as he needed only 24 seconds.
Also picking up falls were Cooper Haag (5-13) at 127, Alex Murawski (12-8) at 189, Trenton Guiher (12-7) at 215, and Brooks Hendershot (2-6) at 285.
Ryder Kuklinskie (9-7) had an 11-2 major decision at 145, while Austin Gilliland (14-6) mat 107 and Noah Pentz (8-100 at 121 each received forfeits.
The Tide will make the short trip to Clearfield High School on Saturday to participate in the 15th Annual Clearfield Bison Duals.
