BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — A sexual assault case that allegedly occurred five years ago is being investigated by the Punxsutawney Crime Unit of the Pennsylvania State Police, according to a recent report.
The details of the case came to light after Pennsylvania State Police received a report via Childline, a resource for reporting child abuse. The victim, a male resident of Brookville, was reportedly sexually assaulted five years ago.
The sexual assault is categorized as a forcible same-sex rape incident according to the police report. The incident reportedly took place on Pine Street in Brookville Borough, Jefferson County.
