CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Commissioners on Tuesday handled various items of business.
More specifically, the commissioners:
- proclaimed November as National Adoption Month.
- ratified Resolution 2023-#8 approving the application for the Community Development Block Grant.
- approved an addendum to its agreement with DEVNET.
- approved an agreement with DuBois Area Schools for the school-based Probation Program.
- approved a lease agreement with Mountain View Center Inc., for office space for the Kylertown magistrate.
- approved Resolution 2023-#9 certifying its local match for the Area Transportation Authority, totaling $$195,464.
- appointed Robin McMillen and Autumn Bloom to the Children Youth and Family Services Advisory Board.
- approved purchase of service agreements with Ratify Pathway to Everyday Life Human Services Inc.
- announced the Dec. 26 meeting will be rescheduled to Dec. 19.
- approved one new hire, two employee transfers and three employee separations/retirements.
- approved the minutes of the Oct. 24 board meeting as presented by the chief clerk.
- approved the bills as presented by the Controller’s office.
