CLEARFIELD – Mature Resources is asking local businesses to participate in the Festival of the Trees at the historic Dimeling Senior Residence.
All businesses or organizations are welcome to bring an artificial Christmas Tree to the Dimeling Lobby and decorate it according to a theme representing their business or mission or a theme of their choice.
Those who would like to place a tree are asked to do so by Tuesday, Nov. 28.
There is no limit to the size of trees that may be used. Due to electrical restraints, it is asked that no lights be placed on the trees. Contestants are responsible for removing their trees no later than Jan. 3.
Trees can be viewed by the public during the Clearfield Revitalization Coop.’s Taste of the Town Spirit Tour planned for 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 1.
The Dimeling is a stop on the CRC Spirit Tour. There will also be caroling throughout the evening.
