Elaine Ann Youngkin Carnrike, 87, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Brookridge Nursing Facility in Winston-Salem, NC. Elaine was born on August 18, 1936, in Punxsutawney, PA to the late Victor W. Youngkin and the late Florence B. (Lowry) Youngkin.
