Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor Announces New Management

BROOKVILLE – Penn Highlands Healthcare announces the appointment of Patrice Moorhead, MSW, NHA, as the new nursing home administrator at Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor in Brookville.

Patrice is a certified-nursing home administrator who brings more than 20 years of nursing home administration to her new role.

Prior to joining Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor, she was the Nursing Home Administrator for Guardian Healthcare Haida – Pennsylvania where she was responsible for the operational management of the skilled nursing care facility.

During her career, Patrice has held nursing home administrator positions throughout Pennsylvania at CHR/The Caring Place in Franklin, Loyalhanna Care Center in Latrobe, The Lutheran Home in Johnstown and Beverly Healthcare Mountain View in Hillsdale, which is part of Beverly Enterprises.

She also served as the Quality Assurance and Social Work Consultant at Beverly Enterprises where she covered 28 facilities throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and New Jersey.

Patrice earned her Master of Social Work in Management degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Nursing Home Administrators Association.
