DUBOIS – In honor of Hunger Action Month® this September, The GIANT Company recently donated $10,000 to DuBois Area Food Pantry’s efforts to eliminate hunger in local communities.
Team members from the DuBois MARTIN’S volunteered on Oct. 5 to support the fight against hunger and filled more than 125 orders for families in need.
Hunger Action Month is the Feeding America® nationwide network of food banks’ awareness campaign designed to mobilize the public to act on the issue of hunger.
The GIANT Company made several donations and participated in volunteer activities throughout September to put a focus on eliminating hunger in the local communities it serves.
