Thelma M. Shepler, 93, Troutville, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at the Punxsutawney Area Hospital. Born June 23, 1930, in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Goldie (Reagle) Lee. She married Howard E. Shepler on January 6, 1951, in DuBois. He survives.
