WALLACETON – Charges have been filed against two Wallaceton men following an alleged domestic disturbance that involved a gun.
According to a station-issued news release from Clearfield state police, the incident occurred around 1:33 p.m. Aug. 21 in the 100-block of Walker Street.
State police say there was a domestic in which a gun was aimed in the direction of one of the victims and one round fired into the air.
In the report, it was noted that there had been a physical altercation before the gun was fired.
Brian S. Vineyard, 58, was charged with misdemeanor terroristic threats, simple assault and reckless endangerment, plus summary harassment.
Brian S. Vineyard Jr., 34, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault.
For both men, bail is set at $25,000, unsecured with a preliminary hearing scheduled for Sept. 6 during centralized court.
