Police responded to an active assault along E. Locust St. in Clearfield Borough. Police found that the physical altercation had taken place between two female resulting in the victim suffering injuries to the head. Sunday Greenwell, 50, was arrested and charged with simple assault and related charges. She was arraigned and released on bail awaiting a preliminary hearing.
Police were advised of a male that was to be wanted and riding a bike along Clearfield-Woodland Hwy. Police located the male, 37 year old Timothy Desch, and found him to have active warrants in Clearfield and Centre Counties. He was transported to the Clearfield County Jail.
Police conducted a traffic stop on E. Locust Street in Clearfield Borough for an equipment violation. Upon investigation it was found that Adam Rauch, 43, of Clearfield was under the influence of a controlled substance. Charges have been filed.
