Richard Alan Carnes, 81, of Punxsutawney passed away March 27, 2023, at Embassy of Hillsdale. He was born in Latrobe on June 21, 1941, the son of the late John and Willa June (Iscrupe) Carnes. On January 24, 1964, he married Nellie (Rupert) Carnes, who survives. Alan worked as a Pennsylvania State Trooper for the Punxsutawney Barricks for 28 years. […]
