EXPLOREJEFFERSON: Brookville Man Charged with Multiple Felonies for Megan’s Law Violation

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – A Brookville man has been charged with multiple felonies after failing to comply with Megan’s Law restrictions.

According to the complaint filed through Magisterial District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak’s office, Xavier Lee Arnold, Sr., 33, has been charged with the following crimes:

– Fail to Verify Address/Be Photographed, Felony 2
– Fail to Verify Address/Be Photographed, Felony 2

Arnold is awaiting a preliminary hearing.

According to the Pennsylvania Megan’s Law website, Arnold was convicted of a third-degree sex offense on January 9, 2014.

Arnold is a Tier 2 offender and his registration began on September 10, 2021.
