Donald “Bud” Williams, 78, of Punxsutawney, died Saturday, March 5, 2022 at UPMC Mercy Hospital following an illness. Born February 29, 1944 in Youngstown, Ohio, he was the son of the late Richard and Lois Lovelace Williams.
