JOHNSTOWN — Carter Freeland from Clearfield Area captured the 157 pound Junior high state title on Sunday at the Summit Arena in Johnstown
Carter went 5-0 en route to capturing the school’s first ever Junior High state championship since Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling (PJW) shifted away from the 13-14 year old division in 2014.
