CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Rotary welcomed Clearfield Borough Mayor Mason Strouse for a recent program.
Strouse discussed his goals for the office, as well as provided an update on a Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre program, which was held at the new River’s Landing event center.
