CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Rotary Club recently welcomed Tangi Borden, English, public speaking and speech teacher from the Clearfield Area Junior-Senior High School.
She presented a video about her public speaking class and inclusion of the club’s Rotary Four-Way Speech contest. The video will also be used by other rotary clubs within the district.
