State police at Clearfield
- State police reported a drug violation occurred Feb. 7 at Harbor Inn on North Front Street in Decatur Township. During a trooper’s investigation of a disturbance, a 40-year-old Philipsburg man was allegedly found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges are currently pending.
- State police received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle Feb. 6-7 on Sawmill Street in Beccaria Township. During the incident, someone allegedly stole a catalytic converter after cutting it off the victim’s vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 814-857-3800.
- State police received a report of fraud Jan. 11 in Decatur Township. During the incident, someone allegedly opened an unemployment claim in the victim’s name. The unemployment office was notified and payments were ceased.
- State police reported a drug-related DUI occurred Feb. 9 in the area of Curtin Street and Water Aly in Osceola Borough. During a traffic stop, a 32-year-old Smoke Run woman was allegedly found to be driving under the influence. Charges are currently pending.
- State police received a report of a burglary that occurred sometime between Jan. 15 and Feb. 7 in the area of Medix Grade and Wilson Switchback roads in Goshen Township. During the incident, someone allegedly entered a shed on the victim’s property and removed a generator, jumper cables and gas can. - State police received a report of a motor vehicle theft Jan. 7 on Schonwalder Road in Pike Township. During the incident, a 31-year-old Curwensville man allegedly took a vehicle from the victim’s residence and failed to return it after being contacted several times. Charges were filed through the district court.
- State police received a report of trespassing Feb. 8 on McDowell Road in Graham Township. During the incident, someone allegedly entered onto the victim’s property without permission in a white Chevy pickup. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 814-857-3800.
