CLEARFIELD – Mayor Mason Strouse is pleased to announce the winners of the snowman building contest. He would like to thank Spanky’s Courthouse Cafe for providing the winners with gift certificates.
The first-place winner of the snowman building contest was Pam Mohney with her upside-down snowman. The second-place winner is Delaney Ayers with her snow-fish.
A total of 43 photos were submitted and more than 6,500 votes were cast. Strouse thanks everyone who participated. “You certainly made this a fun and exciting contest!”
