CURWENSVILLE – Curwensville Borough is declaring a snow emergency from 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 16 until 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17. Parking will not be permitted along borough streets to allow for snow removal. Residents are also reminded to clear their sidewalks within 24 hours, as well as not to shovel or plow snow into streets.
