Thompson Returns to Washington, D.C. After Recovering from COVID-19

WASHINGTON, D.C.—U.S. Rep. Glenn “GT” Thompson returned to U.S. Capitol on Monday after recovering from breakthrough COVID-19 at his home in Pennsylvania. During his isolation, Rep. Thompson followed CDC guidance for fully vaccinated individuals, as well as the recommendations from the Attending Physician at the U.S. Capitol.   
 
“Thank you to everyone for their support and well wishes,” Thompson said. “I was fortunate to have mild symptoms and that led to a fast recovery. I am grateful to return to Washington to continue my work on behalf of the people of Pennsylvania’s 15th District.”
