Samuel “Sam” H. Bailey, 74, DuBois passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born December 16, 1946, in DuBois, he was the son of the late Howard and Emilia “Minnie” (Barchony) Bailey. On October 7, 1967, he married Candice “Candy” Dormire in DuBois. She survives.
