Shaw Public Library Again Features Artwork

CLEARFIELD – The Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library is once again featuring artwork. The September Show features the beautiful work of Kathy Mosier from Curwensville. She is a member of the Susquehanna River Art Center of Clearfield County. She loves to dabble in a variety of mediums and techniques. Stop in the library and view her work.
