PSP Clearfield

State police are investigating an incident of forgery in Cooper Twp. The defendant is accused of forging her spouses name on two check.  Charges are pending.

State police investigated an incident of harassment on Bilger’s Rocks Rd. in Pike Twp.  The accused was outside his parents residence screaming for no legitimate purpose and threatened the victim with physical violence.  Charges are pending.

State police are investigating a scam.  The complainant said she paid $700 for a silver lap from North Carolina that she never received.  The investigation continues.

State police responded to a report of a vehicle that was egged in Chester Hill Borough.  A juvenile was located and cited for disorderly conduct.

State police responded to a burglary in progress in Decatur Twp.  Jesse Kitko, 37 of Houtzdale, was located and observed to be under the influence of unknown drug(s) and admitted to breaking into the residence.  Charges were filed and Kitko was taken to the Clearfield County Jail for arraignment.

State police investigated an incident of criminal mischief on Ball Hallow Rd. in Glen Hope Borough.  Unknown actor(s) damaged a cable gate.  Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP.

Lawrence Twp.

Police were dispatched to the WalMart Supercenter for the report of a male passed out in a vehicle.  Upon making contact with the operator, Kenneth Leigey, Jr. , 30 of Morrisdale, was found to be in possession of heroin and other articles of drug paraphernalia.  He was taken into custody on current charges and several other warrants.  Leigey is housed in the Clearfield County Jail.
