Police conducted a traffic stop on the Clearfield-Shawville Hwy. for a vehicle with a malfunctioning headlight traveling over both the center and fog lanes. Upon investigation the driver was arrested for suspected DUI. Charges are pending lab results.
Police responded multiple times to a Parkview Dr. residence for a report of harassment. It was reported that Brian Kostyak, 44, of Clearfield was playing loud music for hours and then proceeded to yell insults and profanity at his neighbors. White attempting to speak with Kostyak, it was determined that he was highly intoxicated he continued to be uncooperative and argumentative with police. Charges for disorderly conduct have been filed.
Police received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle on Barclay St. As a result charges have been filed against a 16 year old male.
Police responded to the Graham St. are of Hyde for a report of a suspicious male who was walking on the roadway and appeared to be injured. Upon contact it was determined that the male was highly intoxicated and had fallen. He was transported to Penn Highlands for treatment and cited for public drunkenness.
