PSP Clearfield

State police responded to the Dollar General Store on Walton St. in Chester Hill Borough for a report of a female that had entered the store wearing a hardhat with a crockpot lid as a shield and carrying a bathroom scale.  The female was identified as Tiffany Kerfoot, 25, of Philipsburg and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.  While speaking to police Kerfoot alleged that she had just witnessed a murder at a Rowland St. address.  Upon arrival at the address police confirmed that there was no murder and located Nicholas Rowles, 26, of Houtzdale who was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Charges have been filed against both. 

State police investigated an incident of theft on Myers Rd. in Morris Twp.  Unknown individuals entered the property and removed a radiator from a Ford Ranger.  Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Clearfield.

State police are investigating an incident of indecent assault in Woodward Twp.  The victim reported that the suspect tried to entice her into sexual activity by exposing and pleasuring himself and showing her pornographic videos.  The events were said to have occurred approximately 14 years ago for a period of several months.

State police investigated an incident of trespass on Mopar Country Lane in Morris Twp.  The offender entered onto property that is posted with no trespassing signs.  Charges have been filed.

State police responded to a crash on SR 1011.  An Elk ran into the roadway and into a vehicle.  No injuries were reported and the vehicle was driven from the scene.

State police are investigating a report of a registration plate that was stolen and is being used by an unknown person.  The investigation continues.
