State police responded to a report of a verbal altercation between two males over stolen catalytic converters.  The argument ensued and the arrestee backed his vehicle into the victim’s vehicle in attempt to flee the area.  Charges have been filed again Derrick McCarty, 28, of McVeytown.

Police are investigating a report of a theft of a white gold ring with diamond and sapphire gemstones valued at $1499.99 from a Centre Hill Rd. residence in Graham Twp.  The investigation continues.

Police responded to a 2 vehicle accident on N. Front St. in Philipsburg Borough.  While traveling west the driver of  a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado was following too closely to the vehicle in front of her striking the rear bumper.  The driver of the second vehicle was transported to Mt. Nittany Medical Center for treatment.

State police arrested Johnny McGarry, 32, of Glasgow for stealing approximately $330 from a female victim via facebook PayPal and her credit card.

Police are investigating a hit and run accident on Blanchard St. in Osceola Borough.  An unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle causing minor damage. 

Police investigated the report of a theft at the Roadhouse Restaurant in Kylertown.   The arrestee, Jessica Klinger, 33, of Morrisdale was observed on surveillance concealing money from customers and putting money in her waitress book and not placing it in the cash register.  Charges have been filed.

State police arrested a 48 year old Allport male for operating a side by side on the highway while under the influence.

State police conducted a traffic stop on a UTV on Frog Hollow Rd. in Decatur Twp.  The operated displayed signs of impairment.  Charges are pending toxicology results.

State police conducted a vehicle stop for a traffic violation on Fleck Ln. in Pike Twp.  Upon investigation it was determined that the 37 year old male driver was under the influence of alcohol.  Charges are pending toxicology results.

During routine patrol a vehicle was observed parked behind buildings on Rolling Stone Rd. in Cooper Twp.  Upon investigation it was discovered that the driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Charges are to be filed.

State police investigated an incident of bad checks.  A 37 year old Coalport woman passed a check that could not be honored.  Charges to be filed.
