CLEARFIELD – Cub Scout Pack 9 of Clearfield recently held its Blue and Gold Banquet and Pinewood Derby at St. Francis School.
The top three race finishers were awarded trophies. First place went to Holden Price, second place to Cooper Stone and third place to Garric Hepfer. Colt Hipps was awarded a medal for Best of Show. Each scout received a Pinewood Derby patch and certificate prior to the race.

In the second row, from left to right, were: Tucker Jackson, Cooper Stone, Jack Altemus, Holden Price, Bryce Wills, Trapper McKendrick and Austin Peacock.
In the back, from left to right, were: Cubmaster John Mayersky, Scoutmaster Mike Vaow, Bucktail Council District Executive Sheri Price, Assistant Scoutmaster Ricky Lansberry, Den Leader Jess McKendrick, Eagle Scout/ASPL Camden Gormont and Den Leader Mike Mayersky.
