State police arrested Richard Guthrie, 48, of Williamsport after he was observed via video footage violating a PFA in Ramey Borough. Once initial contact was made, Guthrie fled on foot toward Main St. He was eventually apprehended and taken into custody. New criminal charges have been filed.

State police arrested Michayla David, 22, of Houtzdale and Roger Shirey, 24, of Osceola Mills after they engaged in an altercation that subjected each other to unwanted physical contact. During the investigation they were also found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Charges have been filed.
