Clearfield Co. Initiates Process to Update Solid Waste Plan

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Commissioners on Tuesday initiated the lengthy process of updating their county municipal solid waste plan, which is set to expire Jan. 1, 2023.

The Pennsylvania Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling and Waste Reduction Act requires each county state-wide to prepare and adopt a municipal waste management plan every 10 years.
