Grampian Lions Club to Host Walk-thru Children’s Christmas Festival

Grampian- The Grampian Lions Club will host a “Walk-thru” Children’s Christmas Festival on December, 12, 2020 at the Grampian Cen-Clear Center. All local children and their families are invited to attend this free event.

CDC and Lions Club Covid-19 Christmas activity suggestions will be followed.

Everyone age 3 and older will be required to wear a face mask/shield. If you do not have a mask, GLC will kindly provide one. Because GLC must abide by these guidelines, the festival will be hosted as a walk-thru.

Various stations will be setup that the children will walk around to and pick-up many different items to take home with them.  A large Christmas bag will be provided for each attending child to collect their goodies in.

All GLC participants tending the stations will be wearing a face mask/shield and gloves as they hand items to the children.

Santa & Mrs. Claus along with Frosty the Snowman will be on hand to provide a Christmas treat to each child.

Stations will include, Rudolph’s Reindeer treats, holiday crafts, a Ty Beanie pet store where children will be able to choose a Ty Beanie pet, compliments of Julie Farwell; a Lolli-pop tree game with prizes, and a free book table.

The Elf Land Cafe will provide bagged homemade cookies, compliments of the local Grampian area churches.

All attending children will be able to choose a toy from the free children’s toy table.
