Lawrence Twp.

Police are investigating the theft of a package on Wrigley St.  The victim received a Sam’s Club order and is missing one of the packages valued at $219.98.  The investigation continues.

Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of River and Alliance Rd.  Upon contact a strong odor of marijuana was detected in the vehicle.  Upon a search multiple baggies were found containing suspected marijuana.  After a field sobriety test, the 21 year old driver was taken into custody and transported to Penn Highlands Clearfield for a legal blood draw.  Charges are pending lab results.

PSP Clearfield

State police arrested Craig Showers, 30, of Philipsburg after he was found passed our in his vehicle in a public area along Walton St. in Chester Hill Borough.  Showers resisted troopers in the arrest.  Charges have been filed.

State police are investigating a theft on Tobacco Rd. in Bradford Twp.  Unknown actor(s) entered a structure on the property and removed several tools valued at $132.00. 

State police arrested Scott Breiding, 26, of Munson after he was stopped for operating a UTV on a state highway in Morris Twp.  Upon further investigation it was determined that Briding was under the influence of alcohol.  Charges have been filed.

Clearfield Borough

Police were called to Fairview Av. for a report of a large branch down on the roadway.  The Clearfield Borough Crew responded and removed the branch.

Police assisted a motorist along N. 2nd St. who had locked their keys inside their vehicle.

Police were called for a report of a juvenile that had jumped from a vehicle while it was traveling on Nichols St. due to an altercation taking place.  Police located the juvenile along Williams St.  She was transported back to her guardian.

A wallet was turned into police after it was located along Stadium Drive.  The owner was located, and the wallet was returned.

Police responded to E. Market St. for a disturbance taking place.  Police arrived and found that a female and male were engaged in a verbal argument.  They were advised of the complaint.

Police are investigating a report of a vehicle that failed to stop for the red-lights on a school bus while it was dropping children off.
