Clearfield Borough

Police responded to a residence on Daisy St. for an argument between a male and a female.  Both were warned for their actions.

Police viewed a male that appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance in the area of North 4th St. and East Locust St.  It was found that the male was overdosing so EMS was summoned to the scene and transported him to the hospital.  The male was also in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Charges to be filed.

Police served an arrest warrant on a male at a residence on the 400 block of East Pine St.  The male was taken into custody and transported to CCJ.

Police were dispatched to a local business on River Road for an individual who committed retail theft.  The female is known to police and charges will be filed.

Police conducted a traffic stop on Elk Ave. which resulted in a PFA violation.  One male was placed in custody and transported to CCJ.

Police were dispatched to the area of Martin St. and Welch Ave. for a male walking on the roadway, possibly under the influence.  Police arrived and found that the male was in fact under the influence and in need of a mental health evaluation.  Police transported the male to Penn Highlands for an evaluation.

PSP DuBois

State police are investigating an incident of corruption of minors.  A mandated reporter discovered that a Rockton woman had given her child marijuana for back pain on numerous occasions.  The investigation continues.

Curwensville Borough

Police investigated a PFA violation.

Police investigated an incident of fraud.  Residents have reported that they are receiving scam phone messages from someone claiming to be from the Social Security Administration.

Police responded to Filbert St. for a buck that had reportedly got stuck in a fence.  The owner was able to unlock the fence and free the buck.

Lawrence Twp.

Police were called by the Clearfield Co. Probation for assistance with a male who had fled on foot on Montgomery Run Rd..  The male was found with a large amount of methamphetamine as well as a stolen gun.  He was taken into custody by police and handed over to probation.  Charges are pending.

Police responded to a domestic in Hyde.  A father and son were in an argument that escalated to a small scuffle.  No charges were filed.
