State police are investigating an incident of theft and criminal mischief on Trout Run Rd. in Goshen Twp. Between Sept. 22 and Sept. 29 unknown person(s) removed a road closed sign and spray painted another sign with black paint. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Clearfield.
State police were dispatch to a resident on N. Front St. in Decatur Twp. for a welfare check. Upon arrival a 48 year old female was found to be under the influence of methamphetamine and in possession of paraphernalia. Charges to be filed.
State police received a report that a white backpack and a pair of shoes were stolen in the area of Christ the King in Houtzdale Borough. The investigation continues.
State police responded to a single-vehicle accident on Vulcan Rd. in Bigler Twp. The operator lost control of the vehicle, struck and ditch and continued into multiple trees. No injuries were reported.
