CLEARFIELD – Justin Centra, 39, of Clearfield is behind bars and will face charges for allegedly inappropriately touching two young girls, according to Lawrence Township police.
During an interview at the Child Advocacy Center of Clearfield County, Victim 1 said she was awoken during the early-morning hours Monday by Centra rubbing her legs. She said he tried to touch her inside her pants, but she didn’t allow him.
Victim 2 was also interviewed at the CAC-CC and stated this had happened to her for “most of her life.” Mainly, she said the assaults occurred when she was 10 and 11 years old, and Centra was both physically and mentally abusive.
Centra was taken into police custody on a felony traffic stop Tuesday, and is currently housed in the Clearfield County Jail.
