Police responded to a PFA violation at Lawrence Park Village. Upon arrival it was discovered that Daniel McDiffitt, 30, of Reedsville came into close proximity of the victims house causing alarm. Charges have been filed.
Police responded to the parking lot of Plaza Dr. to check the welfare of a driver that was passed out behind the wheel of the vehicle. The male was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges are pending.
Police investigated an incident of an illegal purchase of a firearm. A 28 year old Penfield man attemped to purchase a firearm at the WalMart Supercenter. He was denied due to disqualifying factors. Charges have been filed.
