CLEARFIELD – Though the 160th Clearfield County Fair was cancelled for health and safety concerns due to COVID-19, harness racing was still held Sunday afternoon before the grandstand.
The fair is one of 15 in Pennsylvania with harness racing, and its half-mile track is usually the scene of four days of races on Sunday through Wednesday.
This year, racing was being held just two days with a limited number of spectators permitted on the track. Racing continues Monday at 1 p.m.
